A   college's main aim is imparting education to its students. The St. Joseph's Pre-University College, Bangalore has a good academic background. The Faculty consists of lecturers who are well versed with the syllabus and subject and provide excellent explanation of the subject. 

The college has all the facilities require form the academic growth of the students. The library provides a large selection of books for the students, the reading room provides a quite atmosphere ideal for studying, the class rooms are big and spacious so no sense of in comfort may be experienced. The Laboratories have all the necessary equipment and apparatus required for the experiment. And last but certainly no the least our lecturers.

The Results last year were extremely good. In the I P.U.C, out of the 775 who appeared for the exam, 744 passed with a pass percentage of 96. While in the II P.U.C. the pass percentage was an excellent 96%.
